Project Overview
The client wanted to upgrade the entire flat, improve the layout and give it a clean, contemporary look. Our goal was to carry out a full internal renovation with carefully selected finishes that maximise both practicality and style.

Wall Removal and Layout Improvement:
To open up the space and improve flow between rooms, we removed internal partition walls, creating a more spacious and connected living area.
Bathroom Installation:
We installed a new modern bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower, built-in WC unit, tiled walls and flooring. The result is a sleek, space-efficient and easy-to-maintain environment.
Kitchen Fitting:
A brand-new kitchen was installed with base and wall units, integrated oven, hob, and stainless-steel sink. Finishes were chosen to reflect a minimalist, clean design.
Electrical Work:
We upgraded the entire electrical system including lighting, switches, and socket outlets to meet current standards and improve functionality throughout the flat.
Flooring and Joinery:
High-quality laminate flooring was laid throughout the apartment, complementing the modern style. All door frames and skirting boards were replaced for a consistent, finished look.
Painting and Decorating:
We carried out complete interior painting in soft, neutral tones to maximise light and enhance the modern aesthetic of the space.
