We engaged EZBuilders to renovate our flat and could not be more pleased with the result. The team performed extensive updates to the electrical, heating, and hot and cold water systems as well as decorating the entire apartment including painting, wallpapering, replacing ironmongery, and even hanging delicate chandeliers. They also prepped our kitchen and bedrooms for installation of new bespoke furniture from a kitchen company.
Once the team was on the job, the scheduling was focused and work completed at a brisk pace. Dinko has a practical, solutions-oriented approach. He stayed in constant communication throughout the job, sending frequent photos to show us the progress while we were away and returning phone calls and emails promptly. Work that we requested that was not included in the original contract was discussed, costed and documented in a timely fashion.

EZ Builders did a complete refurbishment and renovation of our 1400 square foot north London flat. New floors, new electricity, new bathrooms, new heating, new kitchen, painting etc. From the moment they visited to survey the flat and the proposed works they left a very professional impression. They were able to make helpful suggestions. During the renovation they took particular care to minimize any disturbance. Our neighbours actually came to us to commend EZ Builders on how friendly they were and how tidy and clean they kept the common areas. They started and completed the work on time within the proposed schedule. The quality of the workmanship is excellent. Even though we are not living in London, but abroad, the EZ Builders staff did not hesitate to contact us to seek clarification and ensure our alignment if unexpected adjustments were required. EZ Builders carried out a full scale refurbishment of our 1900 square foot loft apartment in Hoxton. They have done a superb job and we would certainly recommend them. They are thoroughly nice people to deal with; they are honest, punctual, responsive, hard working, organised, methodical and they have a great attention to detail. One of the main benefits is that they completed the project quickly (without sacrificing the quality), because they had 12-15 people working at the property at any one time. EZ Builders completed for us bathroom refurbishment, joineri-building of new windows, doors installation, construct new partition walls and ceilings, insulating exterior walls, plastering, decorating, etc in our house and completed it with good attention to detail and on time which was very impressive given that we added on additional work. Whenever you decide to contract builders, you are always going to be anxious that they will be conscientious, reliable and with a focus on quality that matches your expectations. The team at EZ Builders scored very highly on these measures. They worked first renovating our kitchen and family room, and because they did such a good job, we asked them to come back a few months later to redecorate most of the rest of our flat. At the outset, we got quotes from three builders, but we decided to go with EZ Builders, because they gave us the most confidence that they understood our expectations, the nature of the job and that they had the expertise and commitment to carry it through. Their quote was not the cheapest we received, but it was competitive and it was detailed and transparent. After having years of experience with renovating homes I have dealt with a number of excuses and mistakes by a selection of builders I have commissioned. My 4 bedroom house was given to builders who came highly recommended. Twelve weeks was the contract for re wiring, new bathrooms/kitchen etc. Eight months later I was at my wits end! So I searched the web for someone to finish off the floors,some wiring and tiling. I was at first very apprehensive about taking on builders from the web, but I read the testimonials and Sunday Times article on EZ Builders and decided to give it a go. They were prompt, courteous, reasonably priced, clean and efficient, with a very good finish.
We used EZ Builders in the renovation of our flat. The renovation was 7 months and very complicated. Over the last 7 months we had dozens of builders lots of different trades and companies working on the flat. We can honestly say, we had not experienced builders like these. They were well priced, came when they said they would to look at the job, quoted within a week, came on the date decided upon to start the work, finished when they said they would. They were knowledgeable, knew what they were doing, were so respectful, clean and a pleasure to work with. We have our faith restored in builders after using them. I found EZ Builders when I read an article in The Sunday Times years ago. The article was about Polish/Bulgarian builders working in the UK compared to UK builders. Anyway, we recommend them for a stress free experience.

EZ Builders were professional from start to finish. They arrived when they said they would, advised on lay-out and feasibility, produced a quote the next day, and started and completed the work on time and to quote. They were respectful of my property at all times and executed to a very high standard. They backed up the bill for consumables with receipts and always took/returned my calls when I needed to get hold of them. They were also very clear from the outset as to what they needed from me – ie waste disposal facilities, parking permit, cash for consumables, and all items pre-delivered. However, aside from being skilled and professional, the real difference with these guys is that they took pride in their work and actually wanted it to be well-executed. So once the work was complete, they performed their own quality control and applied a few additional finishing touches which I had not spotted. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

EZ Builders did a fantastic job for me recently in re-decorating my house. At each stage of the process every detail was professionally handled, and I felt totally confident that I would be getting a quality result. The initial quote was prepared quickly (very reasonably priced I might add), and a start-date was agreed which was a week after the initial quote. The team turned up on-time to start the job and worked late into the night and Saturdays (and some Sundays if required) to ensure that the job was finished on time. EZ Builders were totally reliable in every sense; I had to leave London for the final week of the job, and was delighted to find, on my return, not only was the work done well, and on time, but they had left the house in a very tidy condition. We asked EZ Builders to refurbish our bathroom and utility room. We were pleased with how quickly they came to view the rooms and then provide a clear quotation with clear costs. Once the quotation was agreed we paid 30% as a deposit. The final payment was not made until we were completely satisfied with the work done. The workmen were on time and cleared up after themselves every day and kept the disruption to a minimum. We were also able to trust them to finish the job while we were away on holiday. Last July, after a long time searching we finally found our dream: an affordable cottage house in the middle of Hampstead Village. Despite the fact that structural the house was fine, it needed a complete refurbishment, including repairing supporting beams, plastering, rebuilding walls, electrics and plumbing, bathroom and kitchen installation and decoration. My wife was 7 months pregnant and we had to finish to complete job early September. Having experience with builders in London, I started by searching on the Internet where I found EZ Builders. After the initial contact we agreed about the project approach and they started working one week later. EZ Builders executed the complete project in successive phases, all on-time and within budget, so that early September my wife and myself moved into our new house. The quality of the work was above standards with no surprises in costs as is usually the case. But above all of this, I enjoyed their honesty, openness and enthusiasm for the job.
