The client wanted to divide a large open space into separate functional areas while maintaining natural light and a clean, modern appearance. Our goal was to construct a durable partition wall that improves layout, privacy, and usability without compromising the overall design.

Stud Wall Construction:
We built a strong timber stud framework, carefully measured and aligned to ensure structural stability and a perfectly straight finish.
Insulation Installation:
High-quality acoustic insulation was installed within the partition wall to improve soundproofing and thermal efficiency between the spaces.
Plasterboarding:
We fitted plasterboards on both sides of the structure, creating a smooth surface ready for finishing and decorating.
Finishing and Surface Preparation:
All joints were taped and filled, and the wall was prepared to achieve a seamless, high-quality finish ready for painting.
Space Optimisation:
The new dividing wall allowed the space to be reconfigured into separate functional areas, improving both comfort and practicality.
